Refund policy

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, when a product has been purchased by an individual from a professional seller, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.

Any return must be preceded by the prior agreement of BALTHAZAR BEL HASARD and the assignment of a return number.

To facilitate the processing of the request, BALTHAZAR BEL HASARD asks the buyer to send an email to the following address: contact@balthazarbelhasard.com, indicating the order number, and then return the item along with the invoice to the following address:
